For the zilionth time, the first prototype GPS satellite was launched using Newton mode, that is, every clock uses the same time definition. In this case it means both the ground clock and satellite clock must be the same. In their cases both use 9 192 631 770 Cs transition cycles = 1 second. In Einstein mode, the prediction is the satellite clock needs an offset for its signals to be received on earth at the correct frequencies. The offset corresponds to the satellite clock ticking at 9 192 631 774.1. They tried Newton Mode for 20 days. It didn't work. Then they tried Einstein Mode and it worked perfectly. Einstein vindicated yet again! Now go away and don't come back before you learn what "not even wrong" means.

Excerpted from a 2013 International Telecommunications Union (ITU) presentation recommending the abandonment of leap seconds. 47th CGSIC Timing Subcommitee (Requires approval of 70% of the members, to be validated in the World Radio Conference) Application of leap second will stop and UTC will become a continuous time scale. Instead of 9,192,631,770 periods of the hyperfine transition of the ground state of cesium-133, the second has to be defined as 9,192,631,997 periods, to avoid leap seconds. GPS? UTC TIME, IN ORBIT AND ON EARTH.

Because it followed the Newton concept of time. All clocks will be observed to tick in lockstep at the same rate, regardless of their speed or gravitational field location. > >> In Einstein mode, the prediction is the satellite clock needs an offset >> for its signals to be received on earth at the correct frequencies. Because, once again, it was tried for 20 days and didn't work. Once they switched to Einstein mode (master Cs clock divisor 9 192 631 774.1) it worked fine.

An imbecile fooling himself. What a fucking idiot. What an insult to every Muslim on this planet selling out to a country that allows such disrespect for Islam. Erdogan is a disgrace. He gets fucked up by own people. Erdogan puts his trust in Joe Biden and stabs Russia and Putin in the back. No surprise there. My answer would have been: Zero grain agreement, zero gas to Turkey and at the same time said to Erdogan: Get your paws off Syria Not surprised, saw that one coming. Wonder what Russia will do about this. the putina is an idiot. Yesterday the Asow soldiers release, today the NATO ally and from the beginnine the drone producer for Ukraine. That's a real friend of Putin. The strange thing is Russia will continue to call Turkey its "friend" and "partner". Great, now nukes have a rightful excuse to obliterate Greta’s satanic fatherland. It seems Russia has become so weak other nations now have no fear. Expect more major line crossing from NATO soon. https://%72t.com/news/579508-turkey-agrees-to-support-sweden-nato-bid/

In the worse case, it can become landlocked, while Russia would not. One 20 MTon. Also, all the NATO cretins from Italy, Greece and the Balkans. Strait of Gibraltar, channel connecting the Mediterranean Sea with the Atlantic Ocean, lying between southernmost Spain and northwesternmost Africa. It is 58 km long and narrows to 13 km in width between Point Marroquí (Spain) and Point Cires (Morocco). Strait of Bosporus is 30 km long and has a maximum width of 3.7 km at the northern entrance and a minimum width of 750 metres between the Ottoman fortifications of Rumelihisarı and Anadoluhisarı. Its depth varies from 36.5 to 124 metres in midstream. Better stop poking The Bear.

There are large surpluses of biology and earth science teachers. Only 1/3 of all high school physics teachers have a degree in physics or physics education. Almost 1/3 of all high school physics teachers have taken fewer than 3 college physics classes. 90% of middle school students are taught physical science by a teacher lacking a major or certification in the physical sciences (chemistry, geology, general science or physics). Our local and regional school districts have had substantial difficulty finding and retaining qualified physics teachers. 52% of New York City high schools do not even offer physics. http://phystec.physics.cornell.edu/content/crisis-physics-education -- The Starmaker -- To question the unquestionable, ask the unaskable, to think the unthinkable, mention the unmentionable, say the unsayable, and challenge the unchallengeable.
