What you apparently want to say is, that spacetime is some kind of
stuff, that fills all space.

But it had to be the other way round:
space is a subset of spacetime, which we perceive from our specific
perspective.
This subset has three dimensions of the type 'length'.

Length is defined over the properties of light and a meter is a certain
fraction of a light year.

Now this leads to a circular definition, since the units we use are also
dependent on that same (our) specific perspective.

This 'space' is actually a subset and depends on our specific view on
the universe.

Whether this space is filled with something perfect or not, that is not
really relevant, since this something cannot be spacetime.

We have also 'big bang theory', which says, that the universe emerged
from a singularity.

This (our!) 'universe' is, what we call 'space'. And that popped out of
nowhere.

That's no big deal, if we call our universe a subset of something of
higher dimensionality than our usual space.

That something could be spacetime, which has apparently the ability to
give birth to universes.

TH

Space Time = 4D
Space = 3D

(4pi * (1e-11^(4D / 3D)))^(3D / 4D) = 6.6743257e-11

Space is a perfect fluid only relative to matter.
Time grows out of matter at speed c.
Stress energy tensors are relative to matter,
exclusively, absolutely, and secretly.

Fundamental secret :
proton volume divided by 5.13ns is a universal constant p,
upon which, time is based.

p = 7*10^-37 meter^3 / second

momentum of free space per baryon

(3.71295775e-28 / c) / (((5^0.5) + 1) / 2) = 7.654409e-37 s / m

It's nice that you use my pictures. But some kind of 'credits' would be
nice, too.

The above is incorrect. Let me correct it for you...

output:

(2pi+ -1N) (1.68119×10 25 /(kg GHz c^ 2) == 0.988262 m/s
