That does not in itself mean that the thing measured is inherently numerical. While I don't actually dispute that time travel is impossible, proof of the impossibility has not been forthcoming. At best, some of the paradox arguments suggest that it's impossible if time has a subset of the conceivable properties, but we don't know that time does. Sylvia.
