Philosophy isn't anything like your science project. It doesn't need to be validated by other sources. It's based on the knowledge of truth which is universal. Anyone who possesses such knowledge will understand it. Anyone who doesn't yet know such knowledge needs to learn from it. A philosophical book doesn't need to be scientifically accurate. It only needs to reveal the truth it's trying to teach in its own way.
