Poor piece of shit Python can give the answer: perfect clocks are the one measuring proper time. Proper time is, of course - "what perfect clocks measure". Substituting - we get: Perfect clocks are the ones that measure what they measure. Let's all praise infinite wisdom of relativistic idiots.

A perfect clock would be the universal clock. -- The Starmaker -- To question the unquestionable, ask the unaskable, to think the unthinkable, mention the unmentionable, say the unsayable, and challenge the unchallengeable.

Fir The Shit woeshipers perfect clocks are the clocks fitting their idiocies, of cours (and, apart of that - measuring what they measure, as their definition states). For sane people perfect clocks are synchronized clocks (that's not a definition, but a necessary condition). So were they for pre-einsteinian physicists - seems they were mostly sane, even with this mystical mumbo jumbo their moronic religion is adding to everything it can't comprehend.

Simple, you say... so, tell me - why doesn't she say "etot sup zamechatelnyi" instead?

Let me explain what that means... for example: if gravity were slightly stronger, stars would burn too hot... if it were ever so slightly weaker, earth could not hold on to it's atmosphere.
