but it is differcult
understanding what everyone is
saying because either they talk
stange English and they all seem
to have a French accent???

I don't get it?

I thought UK was in England, but
it sounds like everyone is from France.

What happen? 

I heard somewhere that French people
are a minority in France...so who is doing all the
talking in France???

Maybe UK is not part of Englang, or all the French people
moved to...UK????

not important enough to impose on them. You'll get a lot of nasty e-mail
messages demanding you restrict your messages to the "appropriate"
newsgroups.

it contains the letter  s at the end of the word "Newsgroups", meaning

a plural. meaning to show more than one.

More than one newsgroup.

Correct. 

But posting with an attitude of "let's you and him fight" *is*
trolling, and if that is combined with an *abuse* of crossposting,
like posting to a bunch of disparate newsgroups, in most of which the
content is off-topic, such abuse of crossposting is a recognised
symptom of trolling.
