Can you see an electron using a lens microscope; conversely, you can only resolve (see) images that max at Pluto. Even if you use the SUn motion of max parallax distance would be 14 ly yet a galaxy is said to be 1,000 ly from the earth. Come up guys or more like girls use your brain or stop use other people brains to do your thinking.

I'm not sure why you can't just research this for yourself, it is not like it is hard to do.

I copied and pasted your entire 2 sentences into Google, here are the results...

https://www.google.com/search?q=The+Hubble+has+the+resolution+of+.1+arcsec.+How+can+you+determine+the+existence+of+a+black+hole&rlz=1C1ILPI_enUS745US745&oq=The+Hubble+has+the+resolution+of+.1+arcsec.+How+can+you+determine+the+existence+of+a+black+hole&aqs=chrome..69i57j69i64l3.1850j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Read the first 5 or 6 (I did) and you will learn a lot. Keep in mind that we CANNOT see a black hole, we can only infer its presence because of its interactions with the stars in its vicinity. Understand also that 'regular' optical telescopes, as you have noted, are limited in their resolution, whereas Very Long Base interferometers can have amazing resolutions at radio wavelengths. You can read all about interferometers here...

If you are referring to the Hubble _Space Telescope_ (HST):

No. It is “about 1/20 of an arcsecond”, so 0.05″.

Easily, then, observing its “sphere of influence”.

Next time, do your own homework.
