Sorry, I went to skool in the United States, not Germany.

https://www.thegermanz.com/how-germans-feel-umlauts-aou/

Ü, or ü, is a character that typically represents a close front rounded vowel [y].
It is classified as ... A glyph, U with umlaut, appears in the German alphabet.

So, how are those German girls...Betty Boop, what a dish! Betty Gable, nice gams...

But, if you want to talk about Albert Einstein politics, they both had the same politics, to take over the Vorld!

Albert Einstein called on governments to proceed further by taking gradual steps towards forming an effectual federal world government.

“Mankind’s desire for peace can be realized only by the creation of a world government. --Albert Einstein

Nazi Germany
The ruling Nazi Party of 1933–1945 Germany envisaged the ultimate establishment of a world government under the complete hegemony of the Third Reich.

In " Why Socialism ? ", by Albert Einstein, May 1949
  https://monthlyreview.org/2009/05/01/why-socialism/
Einstein both starts and ends with: Why Socialism ?

In the end, he asks: <<

How can [a] COUNTERWEIGHT to the power of bureaucracy be assured ?

Clarity about the aims and PROBLEMS of socialism is
of greatest significance in our age of transition. >>

Captialism is the COUNTERWEIGHT ( to the power of bureaucracy ).
Without capitalism, you have no real say, no _real_ vote.
One dollar, One vote; No dollars, No _real_ votes.

Communist slaves in China have two choices:

 1. Work for the state, with state housing. Or:
 2. Work for the state, in a "ReEducation camp" ( jail ).

With luck, this won't change; otherwise, I couldn't afford their stuff.

The USA has nothing even close to CAPITALISM
The US has CORRUPT CRONY BOSS HOGGERY WALL STREET FEDERAL RESERVE PIRATOCRACY BASTARDIZED CAPITALISM designed to cause a perpetual UPWARD FLOW OF WEALTH from the poor ald middle class to the Wealthy Elite.

If the New York Times or the Washington Post claims that Donald Trump is
the resurrected corpse of Adolf Hitler sand mustache and with bleached
hair, left-wing idiots would believe it. After all, it is "credible."

Whatever Bill Maher, Trevor Noah, Stephen Colbert or those two rags say

No, Hitler's regime wasn't "socialist", it was "national socialist".

It's a big difference.

"Socialism" is founded on the concept that the primary stakeholder is society as a whole, with "society" defined inclusively. So countries that allow the keeping of slaves, or encourage a rigid, exclusive class system are not considered socialist. A country run for the benefit of the rich and powerful is not considered to be a socialist country.

With Hitler's NSDAP, the primary stakeholder was assumed not to be the species ("communism"), society ("socialism"), business or people who own property and currency ("capitalism"), or the individual ("libertarianism"), but the nation-state, hence the all-important "National" qualifier.

To those running a national-socialist state, the needs of the state override human rights, democratic ideals, and pretty much everything else. In order to out-perform or out-fight other nation states ("Deutschland über alles!"), a national-socialist country may reduce its population to the status of slave labour in order to "win", and will concentrate power in the hands of the top officials who are deemed to be in the best position to understand what the state needs, rather than deferring to the layers of town, county, state and federal democracy that socialism tends to put in place to ensure that everyone's interests are represented. The concentration of power and lack of regulating principles under n-s tends to lead to dictatorships, a blurring of the lines between the needs of the country and the desires of those running it ("I am the country, my needs are the country's needs"), and power being concentrated not just in the hands of top officials, but also with their children and friends.

National socialism places loyalty to the state above loyalty to ideals that may hinder the state's actions (so the country is praised, but its constitution is criticised/undermined/suspended), and often identifies national identity preferentially with a country's majority ethnic or religious group.
Helping that group to prosper at the expense of the others gives part of the population a reason to embrace the system out of self-interest, making it easier for an n-s organisation to achieve and retain power. To deliberately exclude, isolate and disadvantage smaller groups in order to gain more support from the rest of the population is not something that would normally be classed as socialism.

Some on the US right like to use the name of the NSDAP to associate "socialism" with Hitler in order to discredit the idea of "social-ist" policies like publicly-funded education, social welfare and universal health care. This is dishonest (or honest-but-stupid).

In reality, the closest current match between national socialism and "big" US politics is not the left, or the Obama presidency, but the Donald Trump campaign. With its "America First" slogan and its idea that civil liberties and democratic ideals may need to be downgraded to "Make America Great Again", its dislike of constitutional safeguards, its idea that the interests of the individual and business and society are all secondary to the needs of the nation-state, and its association with groups that consider a particular ethnicity and/or religious affiliation to be central to whether one can be considered a "proper" American, Trump's campaigning position seems to be essentially national-socialist.

Einstein had a very strong German accent for all of his life (in the
USA). The quoted text is written in flawless English, what Einstein
could not do.

So I would agree, that this text is most likely not written by him.

There are always questions about authorship of a certain text, since
'the elite' provides also books, which the member elitists could claim
authorship for.

This is similar to other realms in arts and science, where usually the
'big animal' demands all the fame and leaves the annoying work to others.

So painters should paint and singers should sing - without possible
assistance from behind the curtains.

Some did and failed ('Milli Vanilli' for instance).

Therefore such public exams are no longer in use and we have to buy
things as presented.
