You need to understand the defintion of "Primary Color"
There is no mention that the primary colors are subtractive or secondary.

You are stupid.

The white + red = bright red.

You used limited luminosity, like in the monitors:

r, g, b = 0..255,

(255,255,255) = white (maximally bright by assumption);

then:
white + red = ((255,255,255) + (0,0,45) = (255,255,300) - bright red,
but due to the hardware limit to the 255 you get:
(255,255,255) = white.

Bright blue...
