The reason I provided that link (and the others, which you conveniently snipped) was because it tells us that the atmosphere of Venus contains 20 ppm of water vapor, the gaseous state of water, and your original question was "does venus have water or ice suspended in the air?", and I responded 'yes', and supplied a link.
