Why NASA’s top scientist is sure that we’ll find signs of alien life in the next decade?

I don't Why, anybody know Why?

There is only one reason I could come up with...
they want a paycheck every week for the next couple of decades.

Then they retire and say to you..."Go fuck yourself, suckers!"

Everybody already knows that all new rackets from NASA takes 10 - 20 years.

They are just creating 'jobs' for themselves and their stupid family.

Alien life on another planet? 20 years...give us a billion.

Life on Pluto? 10 years...gives us another billion!

Life on Mars? Oh, we need another tens years...where's the fuckin money!!!
