Big trouble in Relativity, having light data they can't interpret. Curvature of spacetime is not there. But the dip in starlight from KIC 8462852 doesn't seem to be the normal pattern for a planet. Tabetha Boyajian, a postdoc at Yale told The Atlantic: “We’d never seen anything like this star. The light curve of a star has nothing to do with the curvature of spacetime that causes light to describe curved trajectories in 3-space. Instead, it is the curve drawn of the intensity of the light of a star as visible to the observer (and their instruments). So if a planet moves in front of the star as seen by the observer, there is a small but measurable reduction in the intensity of the star’s light, visualized as a drop, or valley, in the star’s light curve. This allows astronomers to find exoplanets (also: extrasolar planets), those in orbit around stars other than the Sun (Sol) – about 2000 by now. Again, it is a very simple optical effect, and you do not need Einstein for
that; it has nothing to do with the disproof of relativity claimed by you.
Newton suffices there, even Galilei. To see how it works, move your thumb
in front of any light source, say a lamp. As the (half-)shadow passes over
your eyes, you observe the light source growing dimmer and then brighter
again. If you would draw a curve into a coordinate system where the
abscissa would specify time and the ordinate the intensity of the light
hitting your eye, it would look approximately as follows:
