:)Exactly. See? They are OBSERVED. Of course! But under just one or two
tiny  condition, written with tiny letters, at the bottom.
And that's it. Before You observe all this  relativistic miracles - first 
You
have to name  clocks indicating them "standard clocks". Before Einstein,
"standard clocks" were clocks indicating t'=t. Whole this great revolution
is about changing this standard.

Unfortunately, as unsynchronized clocks are practically useless, they are a
standard only in the imagination of relativistic morons, like Tom - and 
nowhere
else.
And so are these famous  relativistic OBSERVATIONS OF SPEED OF LIGHT
TO BE CONSTANT.
