parsimonious = frugal to the point of stinginess.

Misused cool words = nutcase author

> In 1919 a specialist Henri Neuville reported in a French science journal his findings later published in the Smithsonian Annual Report 1921: "Report on the Board of Regents includes On the Extinction of the Mammoth." He carefully reported that mammoths lacked sebaceous glands making them among the very few mammals like this, so they were among the least cold adapted mammals on Earth. Only two other specialists replied very lamely. No one else took him up on it until Creationists used it to argue against the Ice Age and for Creationism. Regardless of the Creationists motives, how can the mammoths have lived in an Ice Age? Besides, they have given up on the argument.
