One doesn't have to go around sticking the word "inertial" in everywhere. But this is English, not math. One is free to qualify the word "frame" with the word "accelerated", without introducing any contradiction. Physicists don't usually concern themselves with accelerated frames, because they represent a needless complication. However the OP is discussing an accelerated frame. Sylvia.
