2) I have also sent an experiment proposal to the Center for Advancement 
of Science in Space (CASIS) and they just silently dismissed my proposal 
with no reason even though my experiment is perfectly valid:

3) I cannot participate in prizes such as the Kavli Prize because they 
are answering only to those in their community and not to the general 
public:

We pay taxes for their salary and they do not serve well the public. 
This is a monumental misuse of our tax dollars.
