So, so far you got 3 difference 1) Vegetation is missing...on Mars 2) rocks on Mars are spaced apart from each other...while the rocks on Earth are closer, more touching and all over each other. 3) Mars rocks are pointing in a different direction, they are pointing up towards the hill, not down down the hill. http://graphics.wsj.com/documents/wsj_sliders14/?standalone=1&slideronly=1&tracking=0&s=MARSROVER_1 In other words...Mars rocks are nothing like those on Earth.
