In theory of chemical bonding is two 1/2 tori joining to be 1 full torus// CO2 comes in 8 isomers

Alright so far in experiments we have only a hint that CO2 comes in isomers, from experimental farms where extra CO2 was injected , albeit fire-CO2 and found that the plants did not do so well, as well as expected. But those experiments were all based on there being just one CO2, no isomers. And so we can expect that the humans who conducted the experiments were, every day walking and breathing out CO2 for the plants to nourish.

What we need is an experiment where we actually eliminate all animal CO2 and have just fire CO2 and see if the plants in fact perish.

So, now, the theory that Chemical Bonding is the actual joining of 1/2 toruses from unpaired muons to become a full torus sheds light on what CO2 bonding truly is.

Now, nitrogen has three 1/2 tori with its 3 unpaired muons, so the N2 molecule is a fierce bonded covalent because it has 1/2 + 1/2 = 1 torus, and 1/2+1/2 = 1 torus, and finally 1/2 +1/2 = 1 torus. A fierce covalent muon bonding of making half tori into 3 full toruses.

Now for the H2 molecule, covalent is simply 1/2 torus of one H add 1/2 torus of second H and you have H2

Now for O2 molecule, it has two unpaired muons one in P_y and one in P_z So if you have a second O atom, then the 1/2 + 1/2 = 1 and the 1/2 + 1/2 = 1 for both P_y and P_z.

Now you have Carbon C and it has two unpaired muons ( we still obey Hund's Rule), and you have two oxygen atoms each with two unpaired muons.

So, how do we combine those six altogether 1/2 tori in order to have three full 1 toruses?

Well, we have to obey Hund's Rule, so we have three atoms, two of O and one of C depicted with their 1/2 tori as P below, so what is the total different permutations that obey Hund's Rule and make those 6 tori be three full 1 toruses?

O1 =  Py1     Pz1

O2 = Py2    Pz2

C  =  Px      Py3

One isomer is Py1+Py2 with Pz1+Px with Pz2 + Py3

a Second isomer is Py1 + Pz2 with Py2 + Px with Pz1+ Py3

a Third isomer is Py1 + Px with Pz1 + Py2 with Pz1 + Py3

a Fourth isomer is Py1 + Py3 with Pz1 + Py2 with Pz2 + Px

This would go faster if I numbered them as

1     2
3    4
5    6

so the possibilities using Hund's Rule is
1-3, 2-5, 4-6
1-4, 2-5, 3-6
1-5, 2-3, 4-6
1-6, 2-3, 4-5

2-4, 1-6, 3-5
2-4, 1-5, 3-6
2-6, 1-4, 3-5
2-6, 1-3, 4-5

Is that all? Is there 8 permutations possible and hence 8 isomers of CO2 possible.

Then we have to consider the energy levels of each of these isomers, the animal CO2 should be the smallest amount of energy to bind the O,O,C atoms. The high temperature burning produced fire CO2 should be in those higher energy level CO2 molecules.

Now in all bonding of Chemistry, covalent bonding, if my theory is correct and it probably is so, that it is impossible to have a linear bonded molecule which has 3 or more atoms. Linear bonding would only occur for two atoms, such as Nitrogen N2 or Oxygen O2 because in those bonded molecules the 1/2 torus of one atom binds with the 1/2 torus of the other atom.

But then when you get to molecules of 3 or more atoms, you are going to form triangle shapes of molecules, so the CO2 was never a linear O-C-O

but rather always a triangle of

O     C
    /
O

or

C     O
    /
O

So, now, I look into this D and L amino acid forms, to see if the CO2 isomers agree with amino acid isomers. If memory holds, I think only L amino acids are utilized by life.

So, is there a connection to CO2 as having 8 isomers and L amino acids isomer?
