Look, if Putin can visit the US with impunity, Netanyahu certainly can. Mamdani can't override diplomatic immunity granted by the State Department. Note that the US has never agreed to be bound by the decisions of the ICC. Netanyhu is a monster, but if he ever gets out of office, he's going to be tried in Israel, and probably wind up in jail there. There are a number of authoritarian leaders at the moment who are 'riding the tiger', and if they ever dismount, will have a very bad time. pt
