RootBadger has a small web discussion page for pure, applied, recreational,
and educational mathematics:

https://rootbadger.com/g/rb.sci.math

It is threaded, searchable, and meant to feel closer to old-style discussion
than a social-media feed. If that sounds useful or interesting, come have a
look. If not, no worries.
