Perplexity requires a fresh search for subject refinement, iirc. But GooGoo's is to me just a really solid search engine, as opposed to intelligence. Which does mean a slant, both in resources deployed and in explaining the data. I see plenty of that in it. I just re-filter for where I'm heading and let their tendency to always play the other side of the point (usually from the left) slide by, or I snip to conclusion, not explanation.
