 Hi CD, news for you (p.s. don't know you email address):
 The 8th printing copies that I just put up for sale on eBay 
 can be shipped overseas, using an eBay forwarding service, 
 I don't know the cost, but it shows to you on the eBay page.
 The eBay price is slightly higher than the s.e.d. special.
