Hi, It would be great if anyone here had data for this <https://s1.directupload.eu/images/251111/7p86y3g8.jpg> TI transistor. My Far Eastern component tester (like eBay.com 396269102389) identifies it as an NPN silicon type. Best regards Reinhard
