If you can really fine-tune your orbits, maybe several
Mars-grazing passes to let the Oort-object sublime off a lot of
its mass before its final impact?  Note that I am not a
physicist, and don't have the foggiest whether this would work or
not.  One might have to mount thrusters on the object and nudge
it after each pass.
