Footnote 5 repeats in your review. The second footnote 5 appears under
_The Best of C. L. Moore_. It needs to be footnote 6.
The PKD's in my collection. A couple of the stories in it got
Hollywood treatments. "Second Variety"'s Soviet Bloc is made over into
the New Economic Bloc and the conflict is moved to a remote planet in
the 1995 movie _Screamers_. "Paycheck"'s title remains the same for its
2003 Hollywood treatment, but just about everything else changes.
The Timescape Books stories seem to have little if anything, to do
with time travel. So apparently Timescape Books borrows the name of the
Benford only because it sounds catchy?
