My knowledge of rockets is very limited. So my phrasing is a "punt."
IIRC he uses "orbital" as either a word or a part of a word. But
"suborbital" in the future tense seems wrong because the Qu8k rocket
shows that ?suborbital flight? is a fait accompli?
