     why:

    I'm developing a program for *nix systems administrators do not
    have to install or configure MTAs, but only indicate their
    credentials of some Transactional Email Service. Thus, all e-mails
    generated by a server will be sent only to an account via the API
    (HTTP protocol) of these services without having released the
    firewall ports for sending e-mail. I intend to have it on CPAN to
    make installation easier.
