     why:

    I would like to contribute a module to handle bash escaping of
    system calls with optional recursive layers. For example: system
    "bash -c '$cmd_and_args'" has 1 level recursion. First, system()
    calls /bin/sh which parses the argument, then bash -c is called and
    a new parsing is done.. Now, if for example, $cmd_and_args contains
    single quotes that needs to be treated literally they needs to be
    escaped twice..
