The even went further and admitted that this could be difficult to do but they would give it a go. Planning what is needed for the country 30 years ahead is not something the country can do within the 3 year election cycle. At a change in Government the intrastucture plan remains anf the new Government progresses the works. No changes in the plan, no scrapping of it. Just a given that there is certainty that progress is being made. can do
