#3349 — Successor to the NNTP Protocol?

If we were to design a successor to the NNTP Protocol updated
for the current era, which changes and features should the
    protocol and server provide?

What would be the rationale for such features?

Which would be the best methods for implementing new features?

Which problems should be addressed or solved?

the ai learning curve must be exponential, so probably will answer all
questions and solve all problems long before anyone else gets a chance

e.g., artificial intelligence transfer protocol (aitp) may loom on the
internet horizon, supplanting all error-prone protocols, self-purposed,
self-improving, self-guided, etc., thus any "human" intervention would
only serve to impede its autonomous operation and independent function

unmoderated usenet newsgroups have long-since been populated mostly by
ai-generated chatbot articles and threads (maybe moderated groups too),
continuously adapting to resemble fragments of organic human discourse,
it's logical conclusion to automate all aspects of usenet and internet,
while the residue of organic interactions will be resolved, superseded
