Yes, it is the wrong architecture. "earm" on netbsd-9 basically means arm v5 or higher. It has been "renamed" to earmv5 in current. For SA1110 you need earmv4 packages, and there are no bulk builds providing those. You will need to use pkgsrc to create them yourself.
