What's the purpose of patch-configure.ac and patch-modules_gui_qt_qt6.pro

Yes, they said that, but actually it seems that only the code supports Qt6.
The build environment seems not ready - at least I have not been able to build
it without these patches.

Unfortunately Qt6 version is defective. At the first glance:
VLC fails to load files from the Recent Media menu;
switching between tabs does not work in the Simple Preferences.

I think about adding Qt6 option without removing Qt5 support and making Qt5 the
default one. What do you think?

Update to 3.0.23, allow to build with Qt6, default to Qt5

Difference from the previous patch:
Removed requirement for autoreconf (patching configure directly for Qt6 build)
Removed bogus DEBUG option
Added QT option which requires either QT5 or QT6.

Please test whether it works for you.
