Hello all, Sometimes I've got the need to let a certain script do something a bit different, without wanting to have to answer a yes/no message box each time. So, I thought of starting the script while a so-called modifier key (SHIFT, CTRL) was being pressed. Those two worked (ALT didn't). But I do not see any possibility to check the *status* [1] of a key in the script (or ask the script how it was started). Does anyone have an idea how to do that ? [1] I know of the "WScript.StdIn.Read(1)" method, but that one will wait until a key is actually pressed - and won't respond to any of the modifier keys. Regards, Rudy Wieser
