Does anyone know what the popular encoding is that's used in webpages and is not Base64? There's a sample here: http://www.nationalgeographic.com/photography/photo-of-the-day/_jcr_content/.gallery.2016-09.json I wrote an HTA javascript de-obfuscator some time ago and would like to add a decoder for this encoding. If I run it through a Base64 decoder it's nonsense.

Try the first one: <http://yourshot.nationalgeographic.com/u/fQYSUbVfts- T7odkrFJckdiFeHvab0GWOfzhj7tYdC0uglagsDq7lL-cXwOymWx5FC3eCY- 9uqjN4TCLw4ps8fwoCT7kCMVvHkRfCfatCc7MuHFZ7bY4P12muIu5hpYURa4nqYvkarZ69qDc- WfphiN5GhZ4uF5d390vlIGh01rXq4ZLOL8YlvLJfS_DzTV7p5pYwsDAbq6FIpO7FXv6m2QacndE/ > -- Evertjan. The Netherlands. (Please change the x'es to dots in my emailaddress)

I didn't think it was image encoding but I had assumed it was probably text encoding. google, for instance, uses some kind of non-base-64 encoding in their URLs, but I don't know how to decode that.
