An interesting glitch I came across recently.
This info may be useful to some:

VBS is non-case-sensitive, but I was having
trouble when I tested webpage in IE10. (Quirks
mode with no doctype tag.) It finally turned
out the problem was that I had wrongly
capitalized "document" in a sub:

Document_onclick()

  IE10 is imposing case-sensitivity on VBS! It's
not an issue with earlier IE versions. Nor is
it an issue with the VB WebBrowser control
on a system with IE10. (The WB control is just
a thin wrapper around the IE browser window.)

I haven't tried HTAs in IE10, but I've gone over
my HTAs anyway, just to be sure they're compliant.

For anyone who may not know, IE10 and earlier
support VBS, at least in quirks mode, but IE11 only
supports it now if compatibility mode is specifically
selected from the IE11 Tools menu. (Which is not
even visible without pressing Alt!) I haven't seen
Edge in action, but according to the docs that has
support for VBS, ActiveX, BHOs, MIME filters and
numerous other things removed altogether.
