#1598778 — [PATCH 4/4] uapi/if_ether.h: prevent redefinition of struct ethhdr

FromHauke Mehrtens <hauke@hauke-m.de>

Subject[PATCH 4/4] uapi/if_ether.h: prevent redefinition of struct ethhdr
Message-ID<tkjQB-7HV-13@gated-at.bofh.it>
From: David Heidelberger <david.heidelberger@ixit.cz>

Musl provides its own ethhdr struct definition. Add a guard to prevent
its definition of the appropriate musl header has already been included.
