#1644009 — [PATCH] phy: rockchip-typec: make dp_pll_cfg and usb3_pll_cfg static

Subject[PATCH] phy: rockchip-typec: make dp_pll_cfg and usb3_pll_cfg static
Message-ID<tIpUR-8mm-9@gated-at.bofh.it>
From: Colin Ian King <colin.king@canonical.com>

arrays dp_pll_cfg and usb3_pll_cfg can be made static as they do
not need to be in global scope. Also make them const.

Cleans up sparse warnings:
warning: symbol 'dp_pll_cfg' was not declared. Should it be static?
warning: symbol 'usb3_pll_cfg' was not declared. Should it be static?
