#1645028 — [PATCH 26/29] xillybus.txt: standardize document format

FromMauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@s-opensource.com>
Date2017-05-19 03:30 +0200
Subject[PATCH 26/29] xillybus.txt: standardize document format
Message-ID<tIETV-39a-57@gated-at.bofh.it>
Each text file under Documentation follows a different
format. Some doesn't even have titles!

Change its representation to follow the adopted standard,
using ReST markups for it to be parseable by Sphinx:
- Adjust indentation;
- Mark authorship;
- Comment internal contents table;
- Mark literal blocks;
- Don't use all-upercase titles.
