#1576893 — [PATCH 0/2] sched.h modernization -v2, phase #5: "Post-splitup cleanups"

This is the final phase #5 of the sched.h modernization series.

The "post-splitup cleanups" do cleanups on top of the finished split-up header
structure. It's two patches for now, more cleanups will be done later.

We can remove two pairs of #ifdefs by defining structures in a smarter way.
