#1512571 — [PATCH] MIPS: zboot: Add "uzImage.bin" target

uzImage.bin is vmlinuz.bin wrapped in a legacy U-Boot image. Since
the extraction code is inside the image, it does not depend on the
boot loader to extract the kernel.
