Change '/sys/bus/event_sources' to the correct path which is
'/sys/bus/event_source'.

perf record: Fix documentation 'event_sources' -> 'event_source'

Change '/sys/bus/event_sources' to the correct path which is
'/sys/bus/event_source'.
