Any idea what is happening with this patch series ?

There was no further feedback (at least as far as I know), the series
seems to be ready to go, yet I don't see it in -next.

I think Greg has only started to put together his usb-next branch for
this cycle.

I was waiting to see if anyone else had objections about this before
reviewing it myself :)
