it is possible that you read this pull request before the reverty one
from last Saturday that was asking to pull tags/for-linus ("[GIT PULL]
KVM fixes for 4.7-rc8") and therefore could pull uncommented changes
with this one.  I am sorry for the inconvenience.

The following changes since commit b244c9fc251e14a083a1cbf04bef10bd99303a76:

Actually, I read the other one earlier, and just decided that there is
no way I can pull anything like that at this stage in the rc series.
That branch clearly was *not* ready at rc7+.

Which means that I won't be pulling this one either.
