#1426726 — [PATCH V8 8/9] vfio: platform: check reset call return code during open

FromSinan Kaya <okaya@codeaurora.org>
Date2016-06-20 18:00 +0200
Subject[PATCH V8 8/9] vfio: platform: check reset call return code during open
Message-ID<rM9Me-1Iv-9@gated-at.bofh.it>
Open call is ignoring the return code from reset call and can
potentially continue even though reset call failed.

If reset_required module parameter is set, this patch is going
to validate the return code and will abort open if reset fails.
