It should be >= ARRAY_SIZE() instead of > ARRAY_SIZE().

    rcu: Print symbolic name for ->gp_state
    
    Currently, ->gp_state is printed as an integer, which slows debugging.
    This commit therefore prints a symbolic name in addition to the integer.
