#1325578 — [PATCH] powerpc: disable IDE subsystem in pq2fads_defconfig

This patch disables deprecated IDE subsystem in pq2fads_defconfig
(no IDE host drivers are selected in this config so there is no valid
reason to enable IDE subsystem itself).
