[PATCH 7/7] perf report: Enable group view with hierarchy

Show all headers | View raw

Now all missing pieces are implemented, let's enable it.  An example
output below:

  $ perf record -e '{cycles,instructions}' make

  $ perf report --hierarchy --stdio
