Hello,

Kernel 4.4.8 works fine.
During 4.4.13 boot fbcon.ko is not loaded, thus the monitor goes into
sleep until xorg is started.
Kernel .config is identical between 4.4.8 and 4.4.13.
fbcon.ko is built during the kernel compilation.
fbcon.ko is in the initramfs for 4.4.13. (verified by unpacking)

Downgrading dracut to dracut-041-10.fc22.1.x86_64 did not change this.

How can I find the root cause of this issue?
