[PATCH] arm64: defconfig: Enable samsung MFD and related configs

This patch enables below configs by default:
 * CONFIG_MFD_SEC_CORE
 * CONFIG_REGULATOR_S2MPS11
 * CONFIG_RTC_DRV_S5M
