I try to install this package, but it fails

well,    think   focused on the wrong error.
it looks like if I try to install libc6-i386 the repository thinks this
should be libc6-i386_2.36-9%2bdeb12u8_amd64.deb 
but infact it should be libc6-i386_2.36-9%2bdeb12u9_amd64.deb 
                                                 ^^^

Have you done "sudo apt update" before installing packages?  Debian
packages are constantly updated, so updating the repository information
is important to get the latest package info.
